I had the privilege of meeting the student leaders (eBOD) of the IPhO chapter at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy, and their energy was contagious.
We talked about where they want to go in their careers, the many paths open to them in the pharmaceutical industry, and the learning journey it takes to get there. What stood out most wasn’t just their ambition. It was their commitment. These students aren’t waiting for opportunities to find them; they’re putting in the work to make their goals happen.
Conversations like this remind me why investing in the next generation matters. The future of our profession is in very capable hands. I can’t wait to see what you accomplish.
