Make the Turn

I’ve been heartened by the many posts from soon-to-be graduates celebrating the

postdoctoral fellowships they’ve just secured in pharmaceutical industry. Earning these

opportunities is no small feat—it requires resilience, dedication, and vision. Congratulations to each of you for reaching this milestone. May this next chapter of your journey be filled with growth and discovery.

For those who did not secure a fellowship this round, remember this: your path is not

defined by a single opportunity. If we’ve ever had a conversation about career journeys

you’ve heard me say there are countless ways to build a meaningful and successful

career in the industry, and a fellowship is only one of them. Take this moment to pause,

reflect, and chart the course that feels true to you.

Helen Keller said,
