Fleetwood Mac told us they were afraid of changin’ back in 1975 but also said that “time makes you bolder.” Perhaps we need to be bold and embrace the change in front of us. It’s there all the time, especially when we think about things like the digital transformation we’re undergoing. How do you handle change?
Fall brings about change all around us, including the vibrant color of the trees. I’ve never heard anyone complain or resist that change and the resulting beauty. Do you embrace change when we understand it better? I know I do. Understanding the “why” behind a change and the value it will bring is important to me. I can even be an agent of change; I can support change(s) for others when I am brought into the fray and gain additional details about the rationale.
Can you see change as a positive and seize it as an opportunity to move forward?
What helps you embrace change?
How can you be a change agent?
