Turbulence

On my flight to the MAPS meeting in Denver, we experienced a bit of turbulence and, as per usual, we were instructed to return to our seats to engage the safety and security our seatbelt.
Just like a pilot relies on their instruments and ground control to navigate a storm, leaders need an external "radar" to help them see through the cloud cover of organizational change. When life hands us turbulence, we need to find ways to feel safe as we navigate the bumps. As an executive coach I offer space for open, honest conversation where your thoughts can be deconstructed without judgement, and solutions contemplated. It’s a safe space to be heard, gain clarity, and refine decision making. Leaders become more adaptable through coaching and learn to navigate uncertainty, organizational disruptions and change with greater agility and confidence.
Who do you lean on during turbulent times?
Where do you find safe space for honest discussion?
As a leader, the "fasten seatbelt" sign may stay on longer than expected. Reach out to have a conversation about coaching can help you gain tailwinds on your journey.
